Last year, during my first pregnancy I was calling him/her "the bean" or "the beaner" now on this pregnancy I'm calling him/her my " chicken mcnugget" or "nugget"
I've called mine "tadpole" since seeing the first ultrasound when he just looked like a little tadpole. It stuck. Now he is tadpole, Baby Eddie, or my Little Man.

IUI with donor sperm - BFP on 2nd attempt!
Mine is Icky D. D is the initial of our last name. During my 1st Trimester, I kept telling DH that I felt, "icky." He started calling the baby, "Icky D." It stuck. Since we aren't telling our families what his real name is until he is born, they have started calling him Icky D too... or just Icky or even Ick.
I told MH that he should carry the baby out into the waiting room and introduce him as Ichabod "Icky" David (my dad's name)...or something like that!
My bf calls him/her monster. I call it my alien. I am having a c section and I always recall that part in the movie when the alien comes out of the person's stomach.

Before I knew it was twins, I was calling the baby "Squish", but when I found out there were two, I needed another name. I chose "Sprout" since it seemed like the second baby sprouted out of nowhere. However, I really don't call them that. I most refer to them as the "two tiny humans".

Baby Carlos - yes, from the Hangover. It was a joke at first but it just kinda stuck. We don't know if it's a boy or a girl so I'm hoping if it's a girl she's able to laugh with us someday when we tell her we called her "Carlos" for most of my pregnancy.
I call my bump "Ziggy"! My best friend was helping me come up with a name and she said what about "Ziggy the Zygote" and I loved it and Ziggy was named!
Re: So what are you calling your little miracle?
BFP #2 - 7/1/12 - Met my lucky charm Alexandra on 3-16-13!!!
So far, I can't mentally get past calling him or her, "The Big Surprise", LOL!
My first two were "June bug" and "May flower" because of their due dates, although DD actually arrived slightly early in April.
I call him Cookie. When I was pregnant with DD, I called her Cupcake, so I figured I needed an equally sweet nickname for this one, too.
my husband picked the name "blueberry"
He says the blueberry is in the basket

My DH started calling ours Zenry. We have Zoey for a girl and Henry for a boy so he combined the two.
Everyone is calling him/her Zenry. I'm afraid the nickname might stick after the baby is here.
