Trying to Get Pregnant

Kismet is on the Rollercoaster of life!

Hi ladies! It has been a few days (crazy days at that) and I wanted to say hi.?

Hope you all had good thanksgivings and congrats to any BFPs I missed.

I feel like life has changed a lot for me in the past 5 days!

For one, no BFP for me this month. I was late, but it was not meant to be. My LP is usually 14-15 days and AF did not show until 17DPO. It was?torture?and I was really sad, but it was thanksgiving and I had to get over it. We have an appointment with an RE on the 18th, so I am hoping to get some action items for DH and his low spermie count. ?

While we were visiting my family in Houston, my DH interviewed for a job. It is with the same company he works for, so it would be a transfer. It was supposed to be a "casual" interview, but it got really serious. We had to decide this weekend if we wanted to move to Houston. After a lot of talk, we decided to go for it. Today, DH told his boss who was supportive. Then we got word that there are?actually?15 people applying for the job. He is still going to try for it, but it seems a little more unlikely now. ?Lots of mixed emotions there.?

After LOTs of discussion and back and forth between PG or not, moving or not, my head hurts and it is only Monday.

I know it will all work out the way is should, but man I am tired! ?

It would be great to be near my family, but we are in the bay area now which is also awesome. Selling the house right now is not the best idea in this market, so it was a lot to go over. It was disappointing to make a decision then to learn that it might not happen. Meh. Such a mess! ?

?I fear for our condo, but to have a real house is REALLY tempting!??

  • Good luck with all the potential change... I always feel like the not knowing is worse then whatever the decision ends up being. We just moved last year with dh's job and the anticipation for a move away from the familiar was pretty stressful. We love it now though and wouldn't change the outcome if we could.

Yeah...it is a lot to consider. It felt good to make a choice, then sucked to know that it is going to be more of a process and in the end he may not get it. ?
