Shower Date? (Poll)

So I'm trying to figure out when to have the shower for my boys, and I know that since multiples come early, it prob makes sense to have the shower early. When did you have yours, and did you think you made a good choice?

Mine was scheduled for just before 28 weeks. I was in the hosp for PTL the Tues-Fri before it and was released on bed rest and couldn't go.. they postponed it and it will now be a 'meet and greet' soon.

I had mine at 29 w 5 d and it was perfect. It was the last day my rings fit me and right before I started feeling absolutely huge.

I just had mine yesterday and it was great! I had no problem walking around with heels on for 3 hours, and it wasn't tiring. I wouldn't have it too much later though so you can set everything up in case you have to go on bedrest.

Mine was 27w. I was in the hospital the week before for the flu and bronchitis so I was exhausted but under normal circumstances, I think I would have felt fine. I had weddings the next 2 weekends and they were kind of rough on me.

My shower was at 28w and I went into ptl at 28w1d.

Mine is scheduled for Aug 26th and I'll be 28w. I'm so excited!

Mine was at 26 weeks, and it was perfect. 3 weeks later and I would have been there with a ruptured sac, and 4 weeks later I would not have been there at all because I was admitted to the hospital by then. I say the earlier, the better!

Mine were at 29 & 30 weeks. I was already so big and got tuckered out so easily that it took me a solid month to get everything washed and organized and get the TY cards in the mail. If possible, I'd suggest having the shower earlier than I did.

Mine was 28 weeks and it was too late- I was physically exhausted! And the following week taken out of work.

I don't remember for sure but think it was around 29/30 weeks. Others (non MoMs) thought it was early, but I'm glad we did it when we did. I was already getting uncomfortable and it was nice to get everything ready ahead of time since we risked having them early. They were born at 33 wks.

I am having three showers.

The first one is at 22w2d but it's just a small get together with college friends and I have to fly.

Second is the big friends shower at 27w2d and the third is the family shower at 28w3d.

Obviously I let my hosts pick the dates, but I did want them all done before 30 weeks in hopes I would still be somewhat comfortable.

I had mine at 26 weeks (well, 25w6d) and it was perfect. I had a great time and was mostly comfortable. Everyone told me I looked great too. Although, I wasn't in heels!! Once the clean up/loading up started I hit the wall though and just needed to sit down while everyone else carried everything out (DH was there and did most of that). Since then I have been having a much more difficult time. I am tired and a lot of days I haven't felt well. I am so, so glad that I had it when I did.

I had one at 26 and one at 30 (Just checked my planner otherwise there's no way I would remember!). The one at 26 was perfect. I felt great besides having a bad head cold that day. The one at 30 was fine too, but I was on my feet more than I should have been and got really swollen.
