    Long term goal: get to 125 lbs (college weight)
    Milestones towards goal: 135 130 125

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes: lost 1.5 lbs- down to 139.5!

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
    Fitness goals: keep up Level 2 of 30DS
    Nutrition goals: get back to eating more bananas and yogurt
    Self care goals: practice morning routine for work
    Mantra/positive thought for the week: enjoy the last full week home.. Don't be sad :)
    Miscellaneous goals: finish DD#2's Xmas stocking.

    Long term goal: weight below 150
    Milestones towards goal: 211, then 10# increments to goal
    Run a 10K

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes:
    walked 3 days, applied for 3 jobs/inquired about a 4th, got sleep, worked abs 5 days, ate more veggies

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
    Fitness goals: intensify ab work, walk 5 days
    Nutrition goals: make a raw food vegan meal 1x this week, drink 8cups of water/day
    Self care goals: get hair cut
    Mantra/positive thought for the week: keep going no matter what
    Miscellaneous goals: apply for 4 more jobs, get new interview clothes

  • ULTIMATE WARM FUZZY PLAN:

    I'm not a numbers girl.
    Long term goal: To fit into my pre-preggo pants.
    Milestones towards goal: My pre-preggo fat pants fit... Score.

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes: I started Gillian's 30DS and started running consistently. I also realized that my hubby thinks that I am incredibly sexy post preggo and I love it.

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
    Fitness goals: To run and keep up with Gillian and to complete the long run that I am currently procrastinating.
    Nutrition goals: To not eat like a pregnant lady (I am not pregnant anymore)
    Self care goals: To take a shower every day and read part of a book that isn't a baby sleep book.
    Mantra/positive thought for the week: To simply stay positive... I do this pretty much every week but I find that it is helpful to remind myself once in awhile.
    Miscellaneous goals: To "for real" clean the wood floors. Not just sweep and spot clean... A real deep clean like I did when I was nesting.

    Long term goal: 140 lbs
    Milestones towards goal: 175 and running my first 5k. I plan to do the Rock and Roll Half with dh next May.

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes: staying where i am weight wise since I've been living off hospital food and fast food since 06/29 (ds1 in hospital). There is a Starbucks here and I've been indulging a lot! 

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
    Fitness goals: get out for a walk when family vists and I can leave for 15/20 min
    Nutrition goals: salad bar in cafeteria instead of fried food
    Self care goals: a shower every other day
    Mantra/positive thought for the week: I can handle this
    Miscellaneous goals: stay positive where my sons health is concerned

  • ULTIMATE WARM FUZZY PLAN: 
    Long term goal: I'd like to focus more on lifestyle than on a specific number, but at the same time, I'm finding that for me, the scale is the easiest way to track progress and hold myself accountable. I don't really care what I end up weighing as long as I'm eating right and working out 3 times a week consistently. I think if I'm doing those things, I'll settle at a healthy weight for me. But I would like to lose the 50 lbs I gained while pregnant, and another 25 on top of that would put me at the high end of the healthy weight range for my height. Loooooong road ahead. 

    Milestones towards goal: have lost 30 lbs by 6 wk check up, then lose 5 pounds every 4 weeks

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last week's successes: It took me an extra week, but I hit -30 lbs.

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN: 
    Fitness goals: Work out 3 days

    Nutrition goals: Eat more fruits and veggies

    Self care goals: Get dressed and cleaned up every day even if not leaving house

    Mantra/positive thought for the week: I need to practice the healthy habits I want to pass on to my children.

    Miscellaneous goals: Write and send thank you notes for baby gifts

    ULTIMATE WARM FUZZY PLAN:
    Long term goal: 135 lbs
    Milestones towards goal: 150, 145, 140, 135

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes: I canceled my gym membership---wasted money---and borrowed 30 day shred and another dvd from my SIL.  I bought mostly healthy food this week--1 snack food b/c I didn't want to go completely cold turkey.  :)  I got my hair done and went back to golf league. 


    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
    Fitness goals: walk this week at least once and start 30DS
    Nutrition goals: must drink something! 
    Self care goals: get all projects completed....last week home.  :(
    Mantra/positive thought for the week:  Don't think about going back to work next week enjoy the last week off as much as possible.
    Miscellaneous goals: get new quickbooks up and running, get stuff together for goodwill, meet up with friends for lunch dates with DD.

    Cycle 12~ 50 mg Clomid=BFP 9/9/11, Beta #1=280 & Beta #2=1513, 6w3d hb=122 bpm/ 8w2d hb=186 bpm/12w2d could not hear hb had a 3rd u/s and got to see the hb. 16w2d heard the hb! 156 bpm. A/S 1/3=girl

    Long term goal: Fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes and feel fit and happy again!
    Milestones towards goal: Lose five pounds and then last five to go!  Be able to finish my Physique 50 workout DVD strong!

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes: First outdoor run since before pregnant!

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
    Fitness goals: Go to stroller strides and do workout dvd at least 3 times per week.
    Nutrition goals: Cleanse for a week! No dairy or carbs (5 days)
    Self care goals: Go for that massage I've had a giftcertificate for the last 6 months!
    Mantra/positive thought for the week: One day at a time!
    Miscellaneous goals: Tell hubby I need more mommy time off!

    Long term goal:  Pre preggo weight -20 lbs
    Milestones towards goal: 200, 185, my drivers licence

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes: got my first haircut post delivery and DS was awesome!!!  Joined a community center with DH and worked out 4 days

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
    Fitness goals:work out three days this week
    Nutrition goals: eat at home four dinners and six lunches
    Self care goals: put away ALL maternity clothes
    Mantra/positive thought for the week: Just Breathe!
    Miscellaneous goals: hopefully get a teaching position

    Long term goal: pre marriage weight of 125lb
    Milestones towards goal: 135 --> 130 --> 125

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes: 1) Did one session of 30DS 2) Went out of the house 4 days last week with LO in tow. Love my little side kick!

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
    Fitness goals: Do some physical activity at least 4 days per week
    Nutrition goals: Still a sucker for sweets and carbs, will clean out fridge and pantry so temptation is not there. Stock up on more fruits and veggies. Drink water.
    Self care goals: Make appt for eye doctor. Hope to get some cool new glasses!!
    Mantra/positive thought for the week: Had a bad week in terms of eating and exercise this past week. Motto for this week: "Clean slate"

    ULTIMATE WARM FUZZY PLAN:
    Long term goal: 130
    Milestones towards goal: 161 (-15lbs), which is how much I weighed before I got pregnant. 

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes: I actually went grocery shopping and cooked twice last week. Also, I re-joined weight watchers today.

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
    Fitness goals: Not sure. My back is bothering me so I might try to do some yoga.
    Nutrition goals: Stick to my ww points.
    Self care goals: Buy new bras; get my eyes checked.
    Mantra/positive thought for the week: I need to think about this.
    Miscellaneous goals: Do a deep clean of the first floor of her house.

  • One more successful thing accomplished last week: had sex! I was obedient (and too sleep deprived to really want to do it) and waited until I was cleared at my 6 week PP appt!! :)

    Milestones towards goal: 170, 5-lb increments downward

    Last weeks successes: I lost half a pound! It's not huge, but it's a move in the right direction.

    Fitness goals: exercise 3x
    Nutrition goals: 5+ fruits/veggies per day 
    Self care goals: get some child-free time

    Milestones towards goal: 12 down by end of August.

    Last weeks successes: Down 2 pounds and workouts 3X

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
    Fitness goals: Start the new free weight program I have.
    Nutrition goals: More salads at lunch... I am not a salad person!
    Self care goals: Just bought some new clothes i feel good in, so I need to get rid of the old crap!
    Mantra/positive thought for the week: Feeling better everyday!
    Miscellaneous goals:
     Get my room that is currently baby storage cleaned out so it can be my new office :)

    I got my hair done this weekend too! Doesn't it make you feel like a new person. Then I went on a small shopping spree to get new clothes. I was holding off until more weight loss. But I was so depressive in the crap I was wearing I felt unsexy and like a slob. So I spent a little money and I already feel even more motivated to go and work harder to lose more weight! 

  • ULTIMATE WARM FUZZY PLAN: 

    Long term goal: Lose weight gained before pregnancy ~ get to about 120lbs
    Milestones towards goal: (Pre-Preg weight = 135; Pregnancy weight = 157; 1wk pp weight = 137)
    135 - check!, 130 - check!, 125 - check! maybe, 120

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes: Drinking less soda (which it helps when you're broke & can't afford it!). Doesn't count for last week but - Just stepped on the scale at home & it said 125! eek! :) Will find out for sure Friday at 6w appt.

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN: (pretty much same as last week - really been slacking!)
    Fitness goals: start walking
    Nutrition goals: eat a lot healthier
    Self care goals: don't overdue it, attempt to sleep & try to stay calm so I don't end up back on anxiety meds
    Mantra/positive thought for the week:
    Miscellaneous goals: get all phone calls made


  • ULTIMATE WARM FUZZY PLAN:
    Long term goal: to reach the weight I was when we got married 5 years ago - 135
    Milestones towards goal: 155 - 150 - 145 - 140 - 135.

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last weeks successes: Lost another 2 lbs (currently 160). Have lost a total of 5lbs in 3 1/2 wks.

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN: 
    Fitness goals: Keep doing 30 min on elliptical 3 times a week. Do more toning exercises. Look into buying 30 day shred.
    Nutrition goals: Eat more veggies.
    Self care goals: Buy some new makeup
    Mantra/positive thought for the week: It is coming off slowly, but it is coming off!
    Miscellaneous goals: Get all my window sills and windows clean this week.
