The sniffy face! She scrunches up her nose and sniffs out. It's the funniest thing. But then I gues there's two things. She is also really weird about her squirty bath toys. She doens't get excited or anything, just opens her mouth so she can use them like a water fountain.

I think I have two also.....ever since she got her top teeth she puts her teeth together and sucks her spit in and out of her teeth and it goes everywhere. But add this to her hands rolling and spirit fingers that means shes excited!!
My second is she started doing "no no no" who h just is shaking her head back and forth real fast and then she laughs at herself crazy kid!
When LO is tired, hungry or bothered he will hold out his arms as legs and rotate his wrists and ankles. It's weird and everyone wants to comment on it. So far we have a magician. A spiderman. Communicating w sign lang. Spanish dancing.
Cute one: when he gets excited he screams and gets shaky. Cuteness.

My LO will make this click noise in the back of his mouth and if i do it back he laughs and does it again. we'll go back and forth clicking at eachother for an hour.
Also if he's near running water, like a faucet, he has to try to grab the water and bite it. If i'm making his bottle while holding him he'll lunge toward the water with both arms trying to get to it.
LO is so eager to see EVERYTHING that she wont even stay put while I am nursing. If we're both lying down she will stop, stand her self up, drink. Climb over me, laugh, drink. I pull her back to the correct side and we start the "game" all over. Its kinda funny. I'd say she is not hungry, but once I stop feeding her she gets upset. It irritated me at first, but now I just think shes a nut.
Everytime I wipe his bottom after a poopy diaper he giggles nonstop and moves around. It's so weird.
LOL, my DS smiles while I'm wiping him(when he's not screaming & fighting having his diaper changed). It is strange!
DS sighs quite often. I'm sure he got that trait from his dad. DH sighs all.the.time. It annoys me to no end! For now though, I think its cute when LO does it.

My LO does both of these things. The sniffy face is new and makes me laugh too.
She loves when I put on CNN. She stares and then starts getting very animated like she can't believe what's going on in the world.
OMG, DS is like this for the local weather forecast! He is in a trace when he hears the start of the news because he knows the weather is coming! I think he might be interested in meteorology!

That's so cool! I've never seen another back make the sniffy face, I was wondering if it wasn't entirely unique to her. I've even got video of it.

I know I am late to the party, but LO started doing this last night and I love it. She was fighting sleep really badly so she was laying in bed with me while I was watching tv. I look down at her and she is half asleep with her shirt pulled up tickling her own belly and cracking up laughing. She kept it up for a few minutes and then just passed out. So cute and weird.

when my daughter is trying to crawl it looks like she is humping the floor. I'm hoping the better she gets with crawling the less it looks like humping. And the worse thing is that my whole family has noticed it too.
LO not only shakes his head no, but he full on head bangs. He will do it like crazy and then stop, look around (I'm assuming at the room spinning), and then do it again and laugh. PP mentioned humping when trying to crawl; he does this to me and DH. It's weird but funny. He will sit and play roll the ball with me and crack up nonstop when it comes back to hit him in the legs.
Also, he can fit a huge ear of corn in his mouth... the other night he did this and just left it in there (we were watching to be sure he was safe, of course) and his eyes got huge. That had everyone laughing
Sorry so late... DD does a lot of these same things!! I think the funniest thing she does is every time the cat walks by her she immediately sticks her thumb in her mouth and grabs the cat's tail like its a lovey. She also likes to stroke my hair when she sucks her thumb (mostly when she is tired.) I think it's the cutest thing!!

A does "spirit fingers" too! And she makes a funny fake coughing noise when she's excited, like there's something stuck in her throat.

This face all.the.time.
