Well... pre-pregnancy we'd eat out (usually take out, something like Chipotle or pizza) once per week (only one meal) max, sometimes once every other week. Once the 1st tri ickies hit me it was super hard to cook so we were up to more like 3-4 times per week for a few weeks there. Now we're getting back on track. Last week we ate out 2x. This week just once. I'd like to be back to once per week max, but I'm also so tired and chasing a toddler all day so maybe I need to be a little more lenient and allow for up to 2x if necessary.
It depends on the week but maybe once a week or every two weeks. I think I grab something quick, like a croisant or a sandwich a lot more now that I am pregnant especially if I am out and about in the city center but since there is nothing good close to my house, I dont really eat out.
I would say 3-4 times a week and always on the weekends. It is possible to eat out and still eat healthy. We have several organic/all-natural restaurants near us that we frequent. I am home all week with my daycare kiddos and cook every night, so the weekends I like to get out and I don't typically cook Friday evening-Sunday evening... I don't know if this will change once baby comes or not. We'll have to see...

I grab tea and/or a bagel 3 days a week on my commute to school. We usually eat out 1-2 times a week but lately it has been more because we are waiting to move in to our new house so things are packed and I don't feel like getting a full trip worth of groceries before the move!
ETA: Oh and I craved fast food a lot when I was first pregnant (McDonald's!) which was bad but now the thought of it makes me sick which is good.
About once every 2 weeks. I pack lunches to bring to work and meal plan on Fridays. This helps alot so we know what we're eating each night when we get home from work.
WAY TOO MUCH! Been eating out/ordering 2-4 times a week lately....it is terrible! But I didn't feel well at all and it was so blasted hot here that I just don't feel like cooking. Hopefully it will slow down again soon....so costly!

Pregnancy, summer and current job definitely have had a bad effect on my eating habits.
Usually, I am able to pack something for lunch in the morning before leaving for work, but lately the pregnancy makes it more difficult because I don't want to think about food in the morning, and what I think will be tasty at 7:30am probably won't be appealing at 1pm. So I've been going out a lot for lunch (it's also really convenient because there are lots of places nearby).
Dinner has also been more difficult because my husband works evenings during the summer, so I'm usually alone. It's easy to stop somewhere on the way home and grab something for just me. Plus, I don't always feel like cooking between the pregnancy and the heat.
So I guess short answer would be: a lot more than I should, about 6-7 meals a week right now. In pre-pregnancy world it was more like once a week.
It's super bad right now. Starting work and being pregnant have turned my household upside down this summer. I'm usually a cereal person and banana person in the morning, but I can't do cereal in the morning when I'm pg and I can't eat bananas at all when I'm pg. I pretty much grab breakfast out every morning.
I was bad about lunch for awhile because I can't cope walking into our kitchen in the morning to make lunch. Now that DH is making it, I bring my lunch to work everyday. Dinner is getting better, but it's not where I want it to be (one night a week).
So, yeah, I'm not going to even give a number, it's just bad. Lunch is fixed, dinner is fixable, but I don't know what to do about breakfast. Actually a bagel would work, but we got rid of our toaster awhile back, so I need to go buy a new toaster. I really miss bananas.
Get a coffee (chai for me) maybe once or twice a week when I meet up with my friends. But picking up an actual meal? Maybe once everyother week. I love cooking and when I cook I do large batches so that we always have a freezer stock and/or leftovers in the fridge for those nights that I don't feel like cooking.
Prepregnancy, we ate out once a week together and it was usually for our date night. Since becoming pregnant, being home during the day for summer break, and having no energy or desire to cook or eat full meals, I'd say it's more like 2-4 times a week now - once or twice with DH and once or twice on my own (smoothies, bagels, and other small snacks/meals.).
I'm hoping I'll regain some energy and the desire to cook again soon though.

If we're talking about a meal that would be 2 or 3 times a week (maybe more lately because I don't feel like cooking or have crawings for specific dishes)
DH has a cup of coffee with co-workers/clients pretty much every mid-morning
Also it's usual here in Italy to go out for the "aperitivo" around 6-7pm wich consists of a low grade alcoholic drink (like a glass of wine, spritz, prosecco or such) and a few chips or prosciutto on a small piede of bread; before having DS we'd go out for it about 4 x week; after DS we usually do it 1 or 2 times a week
The past two weeks or so it's been like 5-7 times a week (that's breakfast and lunch) since it's a big birthday month in our family and we were on vacation.
Usually I eat out twice a week for lunch (which I need to cut back!) and we go out to dinner maybe once a week sometimes once every other week. During the summer we stay at our family's beach house during the weekends and we usually eat out twice a weekend down there. It's just easier to eat out rather then buy stuff to cook.

lunches - 1x/week
dinners - takeout 1x/week on a good week....2x/week on a bad week
