Last weeks successes: I started Gillian's 30DS and started running consistently. I also realized that my hubby thinks that I am incredibly sexy post preggo and I love it.
THIS WEEK'S PLAN: Fitness goals: To run and keep up with Gillian and to complete the long run that I am currently procrastinating. Nutrition goals: To not eat like a pregnant lady (I am not pregnant anymore) Self care goals: To take a shower every day and read part of a book that isn't a baby sleep book. Mantra/positive thought for the week: To simply stay positive... I do this pretty much every week but I find that it is helpful to remind myself once in awhile. Miscellaneous goals: To "for real" clean the wood floors. Not just sweep and spot clean... A real deep clean like I did when I was nesting.
ULTIMATE WARM FUZZY PLAN: Long term goal: 140 lbs Milestones towards goal: 175 and running my first 5k. I plan to do the Rock and Roll Half with dh next May.

Last weeks successes: staying where i am weight wise since I've been living off hospital food and fast food since 06/29 (ds1 in hospital). There is a Starbucks here and I've been indulging a lot!

ULTIMATE WARM FUZZY PLAN: Long term goal: I'd like to focus more on lifestyle than on a specific number, but at the same time, I'm finding that for me, the scale is the easiest way to track progress and hold myself accountable. I don't really care what I end up weighing as long as I'm eating right and working out 3 times a week consistently. I think if I'm doing those things, I'll settle at a healthy weight for me. But I would like to lose the 50 lbs I gained while pregnant, and another 25 on top of that would put me at the high end of the healthy weight range for my height. Loooooong road ahead.
Milestones towards goal: have lost 30 lbs by 6 wk check up, then lose 5 pounds every 4 weeks

THIS WEEK'S PLAN: Fitness goals: walk this week at least once and start 30DS Nutrition goals: must drink something! Self care goals: get all projects completed....last week home. Mantra/positive thought for the week: Don't think about going back to work next week enjoy the last week off as much as possible. I got my hair done this weekend too! Doesn't it make you feel like a new person. Then I went on a small shopping spree to get new clothes. I was holding off until more weight loss. But I was so depressive in the crap I was wearing I felt unsexy and like a slob. So I spent a little money and I already feel even more motivated to go and work harder to lose more weight!
Long term goal: Lose weight gained before pregnancy ~ get to about 120lbs Milestones towards goal: (Pre-Preg weight = 135; Pregnancy weight = 157; 1wk pp weight = 137) 135 - check!, 130 - check!, 125 - check! maybe, 120
