He's adorable, but he's all "up in my grill" today. It's like he NEEDS to be on my belly, with his face in my face. I chucked him (gently) off my bed, and now he's back up, snuggled against my leg, trying to lick my elbow, and kneeding away.

Honestly dude. Get out of my bubble.

I think that my cat and your cat are related!! I love my cat but believe me lately he is very needy and kneeding

He is an old cat and usually can't make it up onto the bed but all of the sudden out of nowhere he can jump up in the bed and make me miserable for hours. It happens at 5 am on the weekends and 7 am during the week (don't know why he chose that schedule!) I try not to get upset because I know the baby is going to be waking me up at all kinds of hours so I am taking this as practice (I know a child is very different) So between getting up and going to the bathroom every hour and his visits...I get no sleep. But I love his furry ass anyway!!

Ha! You need to meet my cat... She follows me everywhere and cries (read: screams) at me if I don't pet her every time I stop moving. Not to mention whenever I'm laying down she's all up in my business, sitting on my head (literally) or curled up in my crotch. Always my crotch. Yeah, my puss* loves puss*. LOL.

She's not orange though. I wish I had an orange cat. DH won't let me adopt another

No, he is a black and white (tuxedo i suppose) cat. He is from Chicago...he was homeless and my brother took him in. When I moved there he ended up being my cat. I have an orange cat and he is the dumbest cat ever. I swear he smokes weed...he is just not all there. So the orange one doesn't bother me lol

At least your cats aren't big dogs always up in your business. We have 2 big dogs. One weighs 84 lbs and the other 74 lbs. They are always in my face and sniffing at me. Then when I have to get up to go to the bathroom they follow me. I am afraid they are going to trip me on my way there.

My cat is the same way! He knew I was preggers before I did. Now that I have a bump he is extra affectionate. I've had him since he was a kitten (he's now 9) and never has he snuggled with me until now.

sorry for the quality, but if it flashed he would jump lol!! this is my siamese...anytime i sit on the couch he gets up there and wraps his tail around my neck. Sometimes he plays asleep and wacks me with it!! and this started since ive been pregnant. Sometimes he will just jump IN my face and say "MEOOOOW" while im sleeping, to wake me up. UNBELIEVABLE..Beside me is my long hair chihuahua, who has always been my cuddle bug, but now it is in overload!

My cats have been the same since I got pregnant. I could tell the instant they figured it out because their personalities really changed. I love them dearly, but sometimes I need a break. One even follows be to the bathroom and sits on the edge of the tub with a paw on my thigh while I am trying to pee.

I guess they are preparing me for life with twins.
