Re: Red Raspberry Tea & EPO

  • I got my RRL Tea bags from GNC when they were having a bogo event.

You can get them on amazon in bag or loose form

  • If nothing is available locally (health food stores, loose tea shops, vitamin stores, etc) you can google either to find suppliers and even buy in bulk if you choose to.

  • The EPO I get from Trader Joes.  The tea from Whole Foods.
  • I got mine from a natural foods store.

  • I buy the Traditional Medicinals Pregnancy Tea from Whole Foods for when I'm at work.  I use loose leaf tea and make my own at home though, and it's a huge money saver.  I order my herbs (all organic) from Rose Mountain.  They're very reasonably priced, and I like that I can choose which herbs and ratios I want in my tea.  I use RRL, nettle, alfalfa, red clover and peppermint (for taste).  EPO I've found at Whole Foods, although my midwife says she finds it at any health food or vitamin store.

  • I can't get in the habbit of tea, so even though I'm not pregnant with #2 just yet, I take green tea in a capsule and red rasberry is available in capsule as well. It is just so much easier to take it this way.
  • Being out in the country, I order mine off Amazon.  I order a pregnancy tea from Yogi.
