  On second adoption. Can't say enough good about them. And both my son's biological mom and many friends I've made along the way that also adopted with them have had their children's bio moms say how helpful and good they were treated from beginning through post placement counseling and support. 

   You set your match budget but they do have a minimum. Their fees are higher due to several factors:

   - national agency so they have more advertising and shorter waits but they have lawyers, social workers and support staff in most states on retainer; they have staff that specialize in singular areas (insurance expert, national home study expert, birth parent and adoptive parent case workers - over sight, large technology and marketing staff) - unlike boutique agencies where one or a few people do everything.  

   - they financially back up their matches. You won't find this with frequency in the industry. They generally take their time before making a match official. If biological parents change their minds you won't lose birth parent expenses nor agency expenses.  This is big. I know so many people who have worked with facilitators or agencies that rush matches and they end up losing thousands of dollars. 

   So upfront it appears to be higher cost but if you add up costs that you might be charged by other agencies that aren't part of their services or the financial peace of mind about disputed adoptions - it is pretty competitive.
