afterbaby shakes?

Do any of you girls know if these shakes work ? They are the nutritional ones that would be a meal/snack replacement....they are breastfeeding safe, and before I purchase any, I wanted feedback. I am trying to find a way to help without worrying about when I go back to work for the school year in a couple weeks....and these seem to be the best solution,since most protein meal bars melt on my bus. TIA!

    My DH and I use Shakeology.  It is a meal replacement shake full of vitamins & minerals, all natural ingrediants.  I took the package to my pedi and she ok'd me taking it while breastfeeding my DD.  It keeps you full and helps to lose the weight.  If you have any other questions about it, you can PM me!

    Thank you! I got a small herbalife container to start out, I may try shakeology next month, and try this one first..Thank you again for the answer
