Its not that anything in particular happened just that the baby seems to have excessive amounts of saliva which I know is normal but it seems to be that she is having a hard time figuring out how to swallow it, almost like post nasal drip. She seemed to be swallowing it hard and having a hard time getting it down (not all the time but maybe 3 times during the day). So when I put her to bed last night I was a nervous wreck, every little noise had me checking to make sure she wasn't choking on the saliva. She isn't sick, no fever, not acting any differently but damn it that is scary to see your infant choking on something you have no control over and there is really no way to stop it. The drool has been unbelievable. Its almost like she is foaming at the mouth because she is constantly blowing rasberries which is really cute but I just hope she gets used to the saliva fast!

Im hoping it was bc yest was our first full day home from vacation. I hope there's a reason. It was awful.
I have so much respect for the moms who have babies that aren't the easiest sleepers.
