  Not since the cord fell off.  I dont believe that he gets nearly as clean that way

  I also quit the sponge baths when DD's cord fell off.  She hated real baths, but she got used to them.  Now she loves them.  She likes to splash and tries to get herself off the little seat in her baby tub.

  He squirms about and tries to get out, cries etc. I have gotten pretty fast at bathing him...just wish he liked it! He oddly prefers the sponge baths

  DD hates baths. She screams no matter what we do. There have only been about 2 times where she didn't cry and scream and that was when we were dangling toys in front of her, but it hasn't worked since. She'd be fine with a sponge bath, but we just keep trying for the full bath. I figure she'll like it eventually.
