Nanny Sharing in Bham?

Does anyone know anything about nanny-sharing? I only have one baby so it seems excessive to hire someone by myself, but I'm not sure I'm happy with the nursery school having 12 other babies in the room. Would love some advice!

    I ended up posting on Craig's List and had AMAZING response. Tons of SAHM's with only one child interested in taking in a baby to earn extra money as well as some truly qualified professional nannies. We ended up hiring someone who was formerly a kindergarten teacher. If you're interested in it, I highly recommend putting an ad out and seeing what you get *(just be sure to be specific in your ad or you'll be flooded with unqualified applicants). If I had 2 children, this would have been much cheaper than daycare. With only one, it's comparable in cost and FAR better. Good luck to you!
