yummy fenugreek

My midwife recommended fenugreek tea to boost my milk supply.  She said you know you're drinking enough when you start to smell it.  Well I started drinking it and also enjoyed a nice curry lunch with DH and lemme tell you, my arm pits smell super weird!!  Anyone else have this problem? Smile

    I was drinking Mother's milk by traditional medicinals for about a week after coming home. It tasted wonderful. It does have fenugreek in it. I didn't start to smell different, just started leaking milk terribly.  LO got soaked at several feedings.

    Yep...my LC said if my sweat or urine didn't smell like syrup, I wasn't taking enough. Yummy!

    Yup I totally reek of maple syrup! My breath, my armpits...everything. It's crazy! But it's for the greater good! My husband told me my lips even taste like it!
