Do you have a master bathroom? Is that where you're peeing?

We only have one shower/tub in our house. I used to pee in the shower, but I'm too lazy to scrub the tub before every one of LO's baths, so I don't anymore.

I've always viewed showers as self cleaning. I mean, you flush them with shampoo and hot water every time you use them, amirite?

We have our own bathroom, but even if we didn't, if I pee it's usually when I first get in, and then shampoo/soap etc., and it never occured to me to wash the tub before a bath because it gets washed down by the soap.

It's not something you have to sterilize, hun. LO pees in his own bath all the time.. the only time we scrub and bleach is if he had a floatie. Wink

But Master bathroom, and I never pee in other people's showers just out of courtesy.

All of the above, plus I'm pretty sure LO pees immediately upon getting in the tub, so she is actually grosser than I am.

This, although I also have a master bath. I know DD pees in the tub and I don't scrub after each of her baths either. LOL!

Our master bath has a stall shower and a claw-foot tub. B gets bathed in the tub, so the shower stall is fair game.

I always try to hide it from DH, though. I'm not sure why, because I'm 99% sure he does it, too.

I agree with this in theory, but then I think "what if DH peed in the shower and then I decided to take a bubble bath?" Would I be cool with that? I wouldn't. So, I don't pee in the rub I bathe LO in.

We do, but DH uses it and I cannot step foot inside. I mean pretty much literally cannot step foot inside. It's so disgusting and gross. I don't want to know when the last time he cleaned it was.

As for scrubbing the tub before every bath? Why? I clean my tub when it's dirty.

Yeah, but the bacteria it picks up is pretty much the same bacteria you are washing off your vag to begin with so either way the bacteria is getting into the bottom of your shower/tub. KWIM?

I am 99% sure that my LO is peeing in the tub and then trying to drink it (the bath water not the pee specifically). I have bigger fish to fry.

We have 2 1/2 baths in the house. Our family shares one bathroom since the other one is for our "housemates" (aka DH's buddies that he likes having around, it doesn't bother me). I pee in the shower on occasion, so does DH, heck so does DD. It's not gross.

If pee grosses you out how do you intend to handle projectile vomit/explosive diarrhea (including blowouts), kids eating boogers/dirt/worms/other non foods?

Kids are adorably gross...

Not the pee so much as drinking the pee/water. I think I've seen all the rest but so far have been lucky with that one.
