We infected 16 people with stomach flu....

I posted last week that our entire family (me, dh and both babies) had the stomach flu at the same time.  BUT, i was glad it was over with the weekend before thanksgiving so none of us would be sick and could travel for the holidays. But, apparently, the babies were still contagious and we have a grand total of 16 extended family members that came down with the stomach flu as a result--we were at my family's house on Thursday and my mom, dad and both sisters got sick...at large family gathering on Friday where 12 people got sick within 24 hours of our visit (none of us got sick again). DH and I have been back at work for several days and no one around us has gotten sick so it must have been the babies but an ENTIRE week later, it seems so impossible but there is no other explanation...guess we're black listed from all family gatherings from this point forward, we feel so awful:(

    wow! you guys are good. lol.  Sorry every is sick but man thats kinda funny.   That will teach everyone to kiss on the babies.

    At least this story is that they got THEM sick!!

    I guess those babies just wanted to share some holiday joy. Next Thanksgiving everyone will get a laugh out of this story.

    we did the same thing when the girls were about 6 months old.  we calculated about 20 people getting the virus---including my poor mom who was visiting us!  thank goodness she was better to fly home.  we think that morgan had it first and everyone called her "Typhoid Morgan!"

     We did the same thing-except it was only 7 people I think. My parents came to help me out on Tues. because I was so weak and the babies were sick...My dad got sick, couldn't go to Thanksgiving.  We went because I thought everyone was better, and we got my aunt/uncle sick along with my cousins.
