I started eating Kashi cereal a few years back. Not on a regular basis, but rather, when it was on sale.
Lately, it has been on sale every week. I have been having a bowl every morning for the past 2 weeks. I eat GoLean Crunch and GoLean Crunch with Toasted Berries. They are delicious.
But, I think that it is causing gas on a daily basis. I have made a few other minor changes to my diet, so there could be another culprit. I have been keeping a food log, so I can pinpoint the cause.
Has anyone gotten gas from Kashi cereal before?

It is embarassing. I am going to cut out the Kashi for a week. If the gas goes away, I will be composting the rest of my stash. AT least the nutrients can go to helping grow veggies.

I ate a lot of Kashi and FiberOne bars when pg just so I could go poop.

I ate a lot of FiberOne bars while pregnant too. It never gave me gas, though.
