Hypothetical WWYD Question

I'm going away for a long weekend, Thursday - Monday. We are going to my parents cabin, and actually we are going with my parents and my SS{12}. It's a small cabin. We will be sharing a room with SS.

So, hypothetically, what happens if I get a +OPK?

Would you tell your mother, and ask if they could take SS out on the boat so DH and I could have some alone time? Or would you try to sneak?

My mother is kind of a prude. She wouldn't even kiss my father in front of us growing up, and even today I can tell she still feels weird kissing him in front of us. We talk about TTC, but never the sex part.

And sneaking is more fun, but not the best for TTC when I do like stay laying down for a little while after.

I don't even know why i'm worrying.... I doubt i'll even get a +OPK.

Personally...I would be mortified to tell my mom to go out so we can have sex. I would try to get it in whenever they are out. Take "naps" in the middle of the day if the door has a lock on it. Sneak some nooky in whereever possible to cover a possible +opk.

Ditto-My parents aren't prudes but there is no way I could tell them they need to leave so we can get it on. Just try and be creative:)

That's what I keep thinking. I think I could ask her... but I don't think I could look her in the eye after! LOL

I just hope there are times we can sneak!

Ditto the ditto. Even though my mom would understand, I'd be much too embarassed.

I would feel too stressed telling someone and having them know while they're gone what we're doing and looking at us when they came back, lol. I personally would opt for the sneaking around Wink

I guess I am the odd woman out because I would just tell my mom to take a walk. She does know we are TTC, so I think she would get it without details being necessary. The boat sounds like a pretty good story, though, so I might switch my vote to that. Lol.

I would strongly suggest SS and parents take a boat ride. Just keep hinting at it, or plant the idea in SS mind, maybe he will hound them. I do also like the idea of going for a walk with a blanket, sex in the open is FANTASTIC!!! GL hun!
