I EFFING HATE INSURANCE!
Apparently our insurance covers only certain routine examinations. I had an annual physical done where my thyroid was checked, blood sugar and a urinalysis. Apparently those 3 specifics items are not listed as covered benefits for a routine exam.
So I owe $154. Not that it's an enormous amount of money, but on top of the >$6,000 I've been billed this year, it really adds up!

GL! I agree that it seems like something must have been wrong with the way it was billed. Those tests seem pretty standard!
