Just got back from my 12 week appointment. I was down a few more pounds (total of 9), but the doctor said she was not concerned because my m/s has passed and I'm starting to get my appetite back.

The found the baby's heartbeat with the doppler for the first time! 160bpm! Best sound I have ever heard, even my DH got a little teary eyed.
