c/s scheduled for this Monday

Well, my breech LO  decided she did not want to flip. Despite acupuncture and moxibustion, the Webster technique, and spinning babies. She made up her mind and that was it. So a c-section it is.

Fortunately, my OB collaborated with his practice's midwife to implement the hospital's gentle c-section program. So I'm glad he's doing it. And I believe this means we'll get one of the nice postpartum rooms. Which is good because I may be a little more dependent on DH than I planned.

Thank you all for your support. I'm glad I tried everything I could, even while making peace with the c/s.  The only thing that is throwing me off is the fact that it's Monday. I thought I would have a few more days.

    You'll do great! :) only a few days and you'll have your sweet LO in your arms. I go in on weds for my c/s and it feels like its coming up so fast!!

    I'm so sorry your LO didn't cooperate, but I think you have a great attitude and you'll be holding her in your arms very soon! GL and can't wait to see pictures :)
