  This.  What do you consider "posh?"  How much are you willing to spend?  Those are pieces of information you should provide when going to the local boards.

  Posh to me would be having it at a country club/golf club or a tearoom.  If that's out of your budget range you can still have a "posh" shower at a home.  It's all about the decor.
