...or lack thereof.
Any tips for sleeping better? I haven't had a decent night's sleep yet this week. Between the congestion when I lay down, and getting up at least 3 times a night to pee, and the early morning insomnia--I'm feeling like a zombie. I expected this in the 3rd trimester and after the baby is here but not now!
Re: Sleep...
I had a few nights where I just couldn't get any good sleep so the things I changed were adding more pillows so I slept more propped up (two behind my head and a third that I place under my back/shoulders, slanting up the two pillows, added another blanket because I tend to be really cold at night (especially with DH blasting the AC on the super chilly setting!), and I try to get the majority of my fluids in by 7 or 8.
When I really couldn't get comfortable, I tried putting a pillow between my knees and that seemed to help a lot too
I still get up once a night at the minimum, but it has become routine at this point.
I hope you are able to get some restful sleep soon!

I've experienced bouts of sleeping troubles too and it's so frustrating! I'm tired even if I get a good night's sleep!
A few things that helped me: fresh sheets on the bed (don't know why, but I just love the feeling of fresh sheets!), using a body pillow, and turning a fan on (for the white noise, to make it cooler, and breezy feeling).
GL!

Sorry! I'm on my phone and hit send to quick!!
But I'll try to reposition my pillows to get more comfy. Just different little things I keep trying. Sometimes they help for that night. Which I take a good night of sleep over none!!
This...ugh.
