We bedshare with DS. He sleeps in a co-sleeper in the center of the bed for the first part of the night, then after the first wakeup he is in my arms. Between him and the dog, I get cuddles all night
I kind of bed share. He wakes up around 4am now to nurse and I keep him in bed with me after that. DH is already up for work by the time he's done nursing so there's plenty of room on our king bed! LO seems to like the memory foam a lot, LOL! I love the morning cuddles!
We bed share part of the time. The PnP is where he starts and then if he wakes up at night (which he started doing again) he just stays in bed cuddled with me. I love to cuddle him so it does not bug me any at all.

We still do. My DD starts her night in her crib and if she wakes up and isn't easily soothed back to sleep, we bring her to bed with us. Most of the time, she sleeps all night in her crib but we've had quite a few nights due to teething and disrupted schedules (I'm on summer vacation and we're both adjusting!). When she joins us, she sleeps in between DH and I. Always safely, and I love that time. Some nights I hope she wakes up
He always starts out in the PNP and during the night ends up in the bed. Usually back in the PNP around 4-5 so I can get a little more quality sleep. When school starts I won't be able to do that. Got to get up by 5. Some nights he stays in the PNP longer and some he's in our bed all night. He's very inconsistent. I do find myself some nights wanting him to wake up so I can bring him into bed.

I sort of bed share. DS usually wakes around 4-5 am, I nurse him and usually fall back asleep. Sometimes I get him back in his pnp, sometimes I don't. I'm usually alone in bed when he's in bed with me
DD is in her crib 100% now but oh, how I miss the bed sharing. The only time it happens now is when I'm at my family's lake cabin without MH - it's easier to share a double bed with her than trying to wedge the PNP into a teeny room.

Yes, PT. he starts in his crib and after whichever wake up he refuses his crib again, he is in bed with us. Side nursing had been my sleep savior.
Oh I agree about the side nursing. I don't think I could have finished the spring semester without it! Life saver. We just both fall back asleep and he will unlatch whenever. When I have visitors or stay with my parents I tell them to make sure to knock before coming in because you don't know what you will see!

Same story here, he goes in his crib but comes to bed with me at the 4am feeding. Sometimes, if I wake up I'll put him back to his crib, but when he wakes for the 6-7am feeding we stay in bed until it is time to get up and sleep/cuddle/play.
I've side nursed since day 2, but sometimes I find depending on the bed my back will hurt if I have to maintain that position for too long.

Side nursing is our favorite position. I LOVE IT.
Ps--Greenbaby I love the outfit your baby has on in your sig! We had that one, and I was so sad when he outgrew it
E has only been in our bed one night since doing sleep training. Similar to many of you, he would come in after whichever waKeup he refused to go back to sleep with. Used to be around 4am, but smart little guy caught on quick and had moved it up to 11-12am! I miss his snuggles, but I know we are all getting better quality sleep. My dog is happy he no longer shares us at night.
Also agree that side nursing is amazing. I discovered it around 2 months when I would take afternoon naps with E. it was also a savior while on vacation in a house that had zero bedrooms with chairs it in.

Thank you. I bought it for $5 on sale! I bought it specifically to take pictures at the beach which is 6 hrs from us. And those 3 pics are literally the only ones that are decent. He was not having it! Lol.

Where is it from? I was going to ask earlier. Would make for some great photos seeing as we're from Maryland!
we are, although we are on night 2 of sleep-training. E is crying as i type this.
i'm not expecting her to STTN, i just want her to go down drowsy. she'll probably wake up twice a night, which i'm fine with, and i'll probably bring her into bed after the second feed, which is around 4-5 am.

This exactly... he usually wakes up around 6:30-7 and if I cuddle him in bed after a bottle he'll sleep until 9-930. I love the snuggle time and the little extra sleep time too!

Yes. For practical "mama needs space" reasons I start her out in her crib in our room. I resettle her once in the crib when she wakes after an hour. At the next wake up she ends up with us and sleeps beautifully.

I just now started doing this and am now wondering what the heck I was waiting on. It's fantastic!
