DH went to the CS mediation meeting today

and BM didn't show up. DH is so ticked. Their CS order is from 2005, in 2007 BM called a mediation meeting because she wanted DH to pay for her health insurance. DH already had the kids on his insurance. I guess at some point she decided to drop it and she didn't show or tell him she wasn't showing up. At that point, he was technically already due for a reduction because of a job change because he was laid off in 2006 from a higher paying job and the mediation caseworker put in a request to have her subpoenaed however, the court did not approve since it had been less than 3 years since the original order and basically sent us notification to that extent.

DH didn't request another modification once 3 years was up and or course he waited until now since he lost that job he's had since 2007 in December and now still makes less than what he did at the original CS calculation.

Now they have to subpoena BM to go to court since she didn't show today for mediation. Meanwhile, BM is leaving this weekend to take the kids to NY to meet up with their SF on our weekend which we were nice enough to switch with her....

    Lovely.  I'm sorry your husband didn't get this resolved yet.  I know it's been a long, ongoing process.  I hope when BM gets subpoena'd it doesn't cause extra friction.  FX this gets resolved sooner rather than later.

    I just can't believe she didn't even have the decency to at least text DH and say she wasn't showing up. DH doesn't have paid time off right now so he lost pay to show up for nothing. So frustrating.

    TTC 10/11. IUI 2/12. BFP 3/8/12. 4/26/12 missed mc. RE consult 5/17/12. IVF #1 ER 7/13/12 53R, 41M ICSIed, 32F, 8 5d, 6 6d blasts - all PGD/frozen. PGD results 1 normal M and 1 normal F, 1 maybe M. FET 9/6, transferred 1 F embie. Beta 9/15 BFN. FET#2 planned for 11/2012 put off until 2013. Surprise BFP 11/21/12!! My son was born on 7/24/13!

    FET 4/28/2015 - Transferred 1 M embie. 5/6/15 BFP!
