Ultra suprise
okay so Im 20 weeks along and I posted a week or so ago that I was excited to get to know the sex of my baby... well....
that would have been the highlight of my ultrasound but we got hit with a even bigger bombshell...
TWINS.
no one knew... no one said anything ... no one expected it. All those dr apointments and there were two babies all along. So now we have to come to grips with this whole new concept. Im 25 and my husband is 23 and as much as we are super excited we are super shocked.
They are identical twins - and they are girls. wow. okay so the boy wish is gone but thats no bigs I told my husband he will be outnumberd soon so maybe he should get a dog ha ha ha.... but seriously..
the Tech said that identical twins are random happenstances and that fraternal twins are genetic so that explains everything (lol)
twins don't run in the family or anything and although Im adopted and dont have that much of a family history its still like...
run that past me again.. two - there are two heads and bodies in there?!!? wow... anyway,
just sharing this exciting news. Guess I will be returning my travel system I bought for a duel stroller and two car seats. whew...
TWINS I am still in awe.

Congratulations!
My sister has identical twin boys and they are the cutest. I love seeing how close they are and their special bond. They would hold hands when they were infants and it's just so neat to see them interact with each other. Get ready for a lot of strangers to come up and talk to you about them. I feel like everywhere we go people comment on how much they look alike or about their cousin's neighbor who has twins. Twins are awesome and you'll love it!
