Marcia, my wonderful embryologist, just called! She apologized for calling so late, lol! I had 8 eggs retrieved and she said one looked already degenerated but the other 7 looked really good. Seven eggs fertilized conventionally and look "great"!!!! She said the one egg that was degenerated basically was cracked in half this morning. Because of that, she said she considers this to be a 100% fertilization rate! She also said we are looking good for "extended culture" and a possible day 5 transfer!!! I am so happy right now! I am still a little nervous that some of my embies will peter out like last time so any spare growing vibes you can send will be greatly appreciated!!! I am so happy that we are off to a better start than last time! Thank you, you wonderful ladies, for being such a great support system!! xoxoxoxo
