you MUST check out the skinnytaste.com site...her meals are AMAZING and all the points are calculated for you already...i can not stop finding stuff to make and my daughter is actually eating it too (she is SO picky)...My husband is impressed and can't believe it's all "healthier" made items....

so far ive made:
spinach lasagna rolls, chicken rollatini (rolled with shredded zuchhini and cheese), chicken topped with spinach, cheese and roasted peppers, and tonight im making pork chops with dijon herb sauce (cant wait)
