Pedicure for a 3 year old?

Is this way too young or something fun? I was thinking this might be fun for my daughter's 3rd birthday.  She's into girly stuff (although she's also the toughest kid I know), and since it's for a special treat instead of all of the time I think it would be ok. 

Does anyone have a recommendation for where to take her in the Racine/Milwaukee/Kenosha area?

    We take my neices (10,9,5 and 2) to a place right off the highway by aurora/woodmans called Natural nails. Its not as expensive as some other places in town and the people there are awesome! have fun!
