I charted through our TTC and everything still looks great! I want to stop temping but it's such a habit and makes me feel better about the pregnancy going well. Anyone else still temping and/or when did you stop?
I'm still temping. It makes me feel better/reassured that things are still going alright. Not sure when I'll stop...perhaps after we see/hear the heartbeat? I used to be very religious about waking up at 6AM even on the weekends but since I've gotten the BFP I've relaxed on that a bit and just made a time notation on my chart.

I've also stopped, although every once in awhile if I'm up at the right time I'll stick the thermometer in my mouth just to see what it says. Like someone above commented, I found myself stressing too much if it went down a few degrees so had to stop for my own sanity!

I've finally weened myself off temping for thr most part. The thermometer is by the bed and I still check some days, but havent recorded in FF in a while.

I stopped the day of my BFP. I'll still PIAC once a week until my first appt, but that gives me way more definitive information than my temp would about still being pg. My appt isn't for another 5 weeks or so, but I'm sure the sore boobs and light nausea will stick around to reassure me until then as well.
I'm still temping I think I will continue until my first doctors appointment just for reassurance. This is my first pregnancy so I'm real nervous.
Because people aren't nervous if they already have a kid...? I don't get this logic.
To answer the OP, the wise ladies on TB in 2009 told me to stop temping when I asked the same thing back then. Just like PP said, any fluctuation can send you into a tailspin. I stopped temping the day of my bfp this time, but I'm also on progesterone, so my temp will stay high until I stop taking it.

I've stopped. I got a .1 dip and started freaking, so I knew it was time to give it up.
I feel like if I were still temping I'd end up too stressed because every time I had a dip of any amount I'd be worried. It's better that I'm not doing it (plus I like sleeping extra ).
I'm still temping. I feel reassured that my temp would probably give me an indication of an issue this early on. I'll probably keep it up until my first appointment at 10 weeks.

This is exactly why I stopped. I temped for another week after I got my BFP and then quit because little dips were making me want to bathe in Progesterone cream.
