hi. just starting this journey. looking for references to reputable agencies that are involved with ukraine and russian adoptions. thank you!

    We used European Adoption Consultants, eaci.com, out of Ohio.  We had a great experience as did several close friends who used them as well.  We adopted a then-28-month old from Russia in 2007 so if you have any questions please let me know!

    Cool. I will look into them and I am sure I will have some follow up questions. We are interested in a toddler 2-3.5 years old as well. Since DC is 4 we wanted his sibling to be closer to his age but want our first to be older. Thanks!

    We used AAI out of Michigan.  We adopted a 26 month old boy.
