I am green with jealously!!

UGH! The All Star Game,and home run derby are in Kansas City this year. I was so excited for all of 20 minuets after it was announced until I saw the prices! The home run derby is my favorite and I can't go! $300 a ticket to sit all the way at the top and at least $900 to sit anywhere lower. I am boycotting FB tonight because I don't want to see all the pictures from people who got tickets.

Just wanted to have a brat attack!

    I felt the same way when it was in NY a few years ago.  I remember it being even more money than that.

    However, MLB made it up to us by offering a free Bon Jovi concert that week in Central Park.  We were able to get a bunch of tickets and had an amazing time!

    That is insane. I don't think I could ever let myself pay $300-900 for a few hours. Especially since its free on tv and much more comfortable towatch from my living room.

    I just went to login to fb and it said it will be down for a few hrs. Not sure if it is doing that for everyone or just the app, but that should make it easier for you to avoid if it is.

    That would be awesome!! My FIL told me that NY gets it again next year, so maybe you will get another awesome concert to go to :)
