having twins?

I'm 7 weeks pregnant, DD is 5 months, but I feel like I'm showing really early. I seem to have already popped out. Is that normal since the pregnancy is so close together? Or am I freaking myself out that I might be having twins this time around? Twins run in my both our families, but I think its just the womens side that matters. Way more tired this time around, and I don't think its cuz I have a 5 mo. She sleeps through the night, takes naps, is a very easy going baby. Just wondering ya'lls opinion? TIA

    I showed way early with my 2nd and we had to announce before 12 weeks because you could just tell. Obviously I just had 1 in there. Wink

    We had a similar spacing between kids too, they are 13.5 months apart. I got pregnant around when DD was 5 months-ish.

    1st tri exhaustion was an absolute killer for me this 2nd time around! There were many days I felt like I could hardly get off the couch. I think a big part of that had to do with the fact that I was still BFing 5-7 times a day. When I got DD weaned down to fewer feeds and got out of 1st tri, it got a lot better. I suppose it's always possible you could be expecting twins but it could just be from being pregnant and being pregnant again so soon.

    I honestly don't remember DD's pregnancy very well (#2, got pg when DS was almost 7mo), but this 3rd one is kicking my butt.  Definitely never been more tired, my belly is already huge, and had m/s in the first tri, which I didn't have with the other 2.  And I only have one in there.  But really, the only way to tell is an u/s.  Good luck!

    I am 10 weeks along in my second pregnancy. DD is 6 months old and we found out that we are expecting twins. I feel like I'm not really showing but my clothes are deff. not fitting right. I've pretty much been rocking only maternity for the last week now. I'm no help with the symptoms, I have been dog tired and super sick the whole time. GL!
