Fitness goals:get released to work out from dr and workout 5 days. been doing squats, wall sits, pushups, lunges around house five days a week. just need to get the ok now from dr to actually start hitting gym this thursday (keeping fingers crossed) I had gotten that post eclampsia scary stuff.
Nutrition goals: eat 5 servings of vegetables instead of 2 and only 2 servings of fruit instead of 3. continue water intake
Self care goals:get eye brows waxed and maybe a pedicure while I am there

Miscellaneous goals: like pp to go through our clothes. haha dh holds on to all his old shirts etc. im tired of looking at them. we moved into the house then found out I was preggo and have just been exhausted. everything was so unorganised. now I have my energy back and am gettin to it.

Ultimate plan - loose all the baby weight plus 10 lbs that I needed to loose before getting pg.
Long term goal - reach goal weight of 135 lbs. Mini goals- try to loose at least 1 lb a week.
Bragging zone - worked out 3 times last week for at least 45 min each time. No weight loss this week, major bummer.
This weeks plan - work out at least 4 days this week for at least 30 min each time. Try to not eat so much darn sugar. Get a nap in if I have had a sleepless night with LO.

I also tried on my pre-preg jeans, and they went on and buttoned, although if I'd kept them on for more than 5 minutes I would have lost circulation to my legs, haha. But hey, I'm just excited they went on!
Fitness goals: go to the gym 3x, take walks now that it's not insanely hot out
Nutrition goals: stop eating crap. My husband is working full-time and getting his MBA, and we've both been stress eating. I need to stop asking him to pick up cookies on his way home.
Self care goals: take time to do things that make me feel good about myself, like putting on actual outfits and jewelry and painting my toenails.

I can only go when my husband is home to watch the baby, so I'm limited to after work and weekends. I only go for about 20 minutes, and I'm just focusing on doing weight machines for toning. I'd rather do walking with LO in the stroller or with my dog. The gym in only 1 mile from my house, so it's really convenient.
I feel your pain about having a 6.5 week old baby though! 6 weeks was definitely the peak of LO's fussiness and I couldn't have started then. She's now 9 weeks and much better.
I'm trying to motivate myself to do an exercise video during the day, but so far it hasn't happened...

As for stroller/dog walking, I'm resorting to trying the Ergo carrier. My stroller is impossible to push one-handed (very disappointed in this purchase) and my dog pulls on his leash so I wouldn't dare attach it to the stroller.
