I BF'd during a 5K :)

I thought you all might appreciate this like I did... This morning I did my first 5K since LO was born. It's been hot as helll here lately so I decided to walk it with LO in a carrier instead of running with the jogging stroller. LO did great! He got a little restless towards the end and was "asking" to nurse so we did! Just pulled the material of the carrier aside (Beco Butterfly 2) and kept going. It was very liberating! I've never walked a 5K, much less with a LO strapped to me and BFing! My, how my life has changed...
