Those of you who had a planned RCS, were any of you told you were a good candidate for a VBAC but still felt more comfortable with a c-section. My drs told me I was a good candidate but a lot of the risks worry me to the point that I would prefer to still go with a RCS.
Re: c section vs VBAC question
I'm not sure which I would have preferred but wasn't given a choice. My OB told me before my first c/s that all other deliveries would be c/s. She was obviously not pro vbac. I went into labor early w/ #2 and it had only been a year between pregnancies so vbac may have been a bad idea.
My recovery w/ c/s #2 was such a piece of cake that I'm glad it was a c/s. I'm having my third next month and hope it's as easy as last time.

This. I was considered a good candidate for a VBAC and after going into labor on my own before my scheduled RCS with #2, I think I would have had a fair shot at a VBAC, but my RCS was a good experience and I have no regrets.
