I got a few ideas from it for helping her, but mostly it just felt good to read something that told me it was normal and would end eventually. I was tired of everyone telling me "She must have gas!" and "There must be something wrong with your breastmilk that's irritating her, you should switch to formula". I always felt that she was normal and that it wasn't gas or breastmilk, but when your kid is on her third hour of crying, your confidence is pretty much ruined and you start to question everything. Reading this and the other parents' experiences helped a lot.
