For anyone thinking about it----
I walked in the procedure room at my OB's office and there was all kinds of clamps, needles, injections, etc. I looked at her and said, "I thought this was a quick thing?" She said they just had that out just in case. She never has to use any of it. Well I'll be damned if she didn't use every single thing on that table. It took roughly 30 minutes to get it in. Apparently I have a tilted uterus and that made it very difficult to put in. At first in felt like a routine cervical check like when you're at the office. But since she needed to literally grab my uterus and pull it towards my cervix I got a shot of lidocane and that hurt pretty bad but it was quick and then it was just uncomfortable, no pain! I bled for a few days. The first day was pretty tough cramping wise. But now I cannot feel it at all. I check my strings once a week and I really don't think about it! I highly recommend so far, this is great!
