I am trying everything I can to make this baby come out on her own before 41 weeks. I will be 38 weeks Sunday, and I know I still have a lot of time left. I have been walking at least a mile everyday, and I just ordered the tea to start drinking.
I have been thinking about seeing a chiropractor to adjust my hips. I have read a lot of women say it has helped the baby get into position. Is is to far into my pregnancy to see one? I have no idea if this was something I should have been doing all along?
Re: It's not too late..right?
BTW tea is yucky i've been drinking it 2days now all it seems to do is give me contractions 30min-1hr and then they stop. Its more frustrating to me than helpful. sex or walking haven't helped me either ive been same 1cm for 2 weeks just lots pressure can't sit down and on off contractions that hurt more than they are helping evidently. I don't have any chiro's near me so idk about that
Hope we both get our vbacs
Not too late to see a chiro!
Also, you have 3 weeks left...don't stress too much. I'd wait til closer to 40 weeks if your doctors aren't pushing you, but if you need a natural induction technique, go see an acupuncturist.
Thanks. I am trying hard to just stay positive and calm. I have been doing a lot of walking. My Ob and I are now in discussion of possibly using a Foley bulb.
Hopefully you make some more progress very soon. I need to stop letting them check me. It just makes me upset for no reason. I had an appointment yesterday and my cervix is still high, hard and closed. I am just trying to stay positive and know I have a good amount of time left! Good luck!
