Red raspberry leaf tea or evening prim rose pills? Walking seems to bring on some back labor/pressure sometimes contractions but my feet and hands fall asleep (ive always had poor circulation) on top of it being 100+ degrees everyday so no go for walking most days. To have my VBAC I have to go into labor no meds- membrane sweeps-no pit. so Im looking for anything that will help ease me into labor or make it easier when I do go in.
Re: did anyone find any good in...
I used my exercise ball a lot and walked a ton. I did drink the tea but it did nothing for me.

RRL Tea and EPO won't put you in labor.
RRL Tea is a uterine tonic that strengthens your uterus making contractions more effective once you're in labor. It supposedly will speed labor if you drink a big strong glass of it in early labor.
EPO is a postaglanin and can cause effacement but it won't put you in labor either, it'll just make things progress and be more favorable when labor does start.
There really isn't much you can do to put yourself in labor that will actually work unless you are just about there.
