  I Just purchased it last month and LOVE it! Although I am not using a second seat yet ( I do have one, just no baby yet)! I'm not sure what Diapers is selling them for, but check Albeebaby too. Britax does have their free ride event going on at the moment where you get the stroller and either a second seat, bassinet or carseat for free.

  With the Bready I got, I got the second seat and it came with a TON of extras including: car seat adapter for their car seat, parent console, cup holder, and a bar across the seat. You can get the universal adapter for other carseats that snaps onto the stroller and it does list the peg perego primo viaggio as a seat that fits.

  We have this stroller. I have not used it as a double yet, but it will not be my primary stroller. It is pretty heavy, I will be getting the b-agile double for when LO2 arrives. I use the b-ready around the neighborhood and walks to the park. I currently keep my b-agile single in the car for shopping and other outings. I use a Britax car seat so I am no help with that sorry.
