Cannot believe how big kiddo is getting!

At birth DD was 9lbs 5oz, 22in long with a 14in head.

Now at a month old she's 10lbs 15.5oz, 23.5in long with a 15 & 3/4in head!!

I think my jaw nearly hit the floor when the scale went over 10lbs! I thought she was maybe 10lbs but not that much over. She's gonna weigh too much for the car seat before we know it! It's weird, she doesn't feel that heavy to me. But then I guess I'm just use to holding & carrying her around. :)

    Mine started out at 7lbs 5oz, and in a month was 10lbs 5oz! It's insane how fast (and fat!) they can grow. :)

    They get so big so fast - my guy was 7 lbs 15 oz at birth (@36 weeks) and was 12 lbs 2 oz at 1 month. At his 2 month check up last week he was 16 lbs and at his apnea follow up apt today he had gained another lb! I look at pictures of him when he was just a few days old and I cant believe he was ever so tiny!

    I was convinced my first would be 60 lbs at a year because she gained a pound a week the first 6 weeks!

    They do grow so fast. Ava has her appt tomorrow. So curious how much she weighs now hahaha at her 2week she was already 9lbs 11oz and she weighed 9lbs 1oz at birth.
