If so, it hasn't worked for me! With DS I charted for two months, and on the third month we actually tried and it worked! This time around, it hasn't been so easy! I'd say one of the hardest things is finding the time during our FW with our busy schedules, and even when we get it in the FW it hasn't worked.... we'll find out next week if we're going for cycle 4 or not!
I can't really say, because I feel like breastfeeding is affecting things for us. With my son I went off the pill on July 24, (our wedding day!) and conceived on nov. 30. This time around I've had my cycle back since January and haven't done anything to prevent and no luck yet!
Nope! I got pregnant with my son the first month I was off BC, but I'm on my 6th month of trying for #2... However, I think BFing has been messing with my fertility do I'm not sure if I'm the best example.

We got pregnant with Liam on our first month actually timing sex. Now we are on month three of TTC #2 and nothing yet. So, not necessarily. Some women can also develop fertility problems after having a relatively easy first conception. It's called "secondary infertility."
Nope! We got pregnant with DS our first month of trying--and even then we weren't paying any attention to my chart or FW (we had been apart for 7 months prior, so we were making up for lost time....)
This time? Well, we just started Cycle 9. So not as easy for us.
It is different for everyone though.

This thread is making me feel better. I'm a big no, too. Got pregnant with DD on Cycle 2 (first cycle really paying attention to timing), and we're on Cycle 5 TTC #2.
DS was a surprise. We conceived him during the second FW after our wedding (first was on our honeymoon, and we expended a lot of energy trying to avoid getting pregnant then). We moved across 8 time zones early in that second cycle and thought we were okay for a few more days and -hello- DS!
This time, we've been trying for 8 cycles and nothing yet.
My daughter was conceived on cycle 4. I just started cycle 3 TTC #2. These responses are probably skewed though, since most people who conceived #2 right away wouldn't be hanging out on this board very long

Nope! Definitely not for me. #1 was a lucky first timer. I'm on cycle 8 for #2 and having issues with my body with no hope for a BFP any time soon until I figure out WTF is going on.
We conceived #1 without even trying. I was using a diaphragm as BC and didn't use it and boom, there he was. Now I'm TTC #2, using no BC since last summer and on cycle #7 of charting, so I'd say no, not easier.

True. These are personal experiences, not medical data, so take it with a grain of salt.
I conceived DD on cycle 4 & then conceived my m/c baby on cycle 4. Pregnancy can screw up your cycles if you are TTC shortly after birth or are still breastfeeding. On the flip side, many women have more experience with TTC & knowing their bodies when they are TTC #2.

Though, I think that alot of times, if somebody had issues conceiving the first time around, they likely know how to "fix" the issues to TTC their second and it might be easier. I know for us, we knew already that I had LPD and started treatment for that before we even started TTC our second. We TTCd for 10 cycles with DD (Last one was medicated) and we conceived on our 3rd cycle this time around, though we lost the baby. We're now on cycle #15, but dealing with new obstacles, so I think that if we had only been dealing with the LPD, then we would likely would have conceived again already.

***EVERYONE WELCOME***
I got PG the first cycle both times....I was very surprised it happened so fast this time since my cycles were crazier then last time.
Good luck, everyone is different and there is no sure way to know
