So I had my normal apt this morning where my OB found some "variables" in my NST.And she noted some contraction during the test. She did an internal to find that I was 1 1/2-2 cm, 50% and station -3. Another Dr from the practice that is very familiar with my history was on call at the hospital so she thought it would be best for me to go get monitored a little more and have a few other tests ran. All this was at 12:00, I just got home!
We did another NST with more contractions picked up. And then a BPP that was border lined but still passing and then even more monitoring. The on call Dr said that my LO looked great though. He did another internal and a was a full 2+ , still 50% and now a -2! So things are defiantly happening down there. He wouldn't be surprised if it happened the next week or two. But that he highly doubts I will make it to my induction date (which is scheduled for 7 am on the 31st). So it looks like I'll be a July momma one way or another!
Neither he nor my OB were worried about the fact that he's early. The both said hissize is great and that he might not even have to be in the NICU at all!!! And let's face it, with my past I'd much rather have a baby in the NICU than another dead baby. So bring on the labor
