What are you eating that you can't get enough of?

For me it's Chicken Tortilla Soup from the whole foods cookbook. Without the tortillas tho :)...

  • sunflower seeds.  I'm actually out of them at my office right now, and too lazy to run to the store and buy more!  I will definitely stop to buy some on my way home tonight.  :)

Anything from Chipotle. In fact, we frequently make homemade 'Chipotle' because it was becoming an expensive habit.

  • Baked beans... they are especially good when they come straight from the Crock Pot.

  • I haven't really been craving a lot of things lately which is weird. Even my sugar cravings have seemed to have disappeared. Prior to getting KU, DH and I started eating healthy - lots of veggies and fruits - and my favorite snack now is cucumbers dipped in ranch dressing. So maybe this?

Also, I have been making a yogurt parfait every morning with strawberries, blueberries and granola. And that has been REALLY good!

HOW do you make homemade Chipotle?!  I am a huge fanatic (was literally a huge-as in size-fanatic when we had one around the corner from us in Chicago) and would love to eat it any time I wanted.  The closest one to us now is over an hour away :(

I make burrito bowls.  Make rice and add lime and cilantro, black beans, fresh corn, salsa of your choice, cheese, lettuce, and homemade guac.

Fresh cherries. Luckily they've been on sale, but geez they're still expensive.

  • I want to add peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and pico de gallo (not together of course). DH's family is Honduran and holy crap he makes some good food.

I lived off all of this with my first child. Not that there is any relation, but now DS has a severe peanut allergy. This pregnancy, I can't get enough cream cheese.

  • Consistently I've been eating quite a bit of fruit, which I don't usually eat a lot of.  Granny Smith apples with PB usually taste really good to me!

Other than this, a lot of random junk :/

Psalm 139:14 -- "I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made."
  • Rolled tacos with cheese, sour cream, and guacamole from the taco shop down the street. So greasy and delicious! Seriously been having a plate twice a week! And peaches, strawberries, and Snickers.
  • Fruit! Peaches, oranges, grapes.

I also want taco bell all the time and I haven't eaten that ish in a few years.

  • Bagels with cream cheese and pickles. It's just the right combination of chewy, creamy and crunchy. I'm having 1 or 2 a day, and some mornings when it's hard to get out of bed, I motivate myself to get moving by thinking of them.

Other than that I'm having a lot of yogurt with berries. I'm really enjoying that my m/s is finally subsiding and I can enjoy food again.
