yo gaba gaba - baby crack!?

i don't let DS watch TV that often - sesame street in the morning and that's about it. 

well it's a rainy crappy day and i'm running out of energy and ideas so its a cartoons day with toys!

its just been on in the background and as soon as yo gaba came on he froze and has stared at it...

WHO IS DJ LANCE?! he totally creeps me out 

another reason he won't be a TV kid haha

    The artist guy is so much creepier than DJ Lance, I think. Have you seen him yet?

    Dd loves yo gabba gabba! If I turn it on it can stop a meltdown 9 times out of 10. And I agree with pp that the artist is strange and doesn't even draw well! 

    Of the kids shows I think it has pretty good messages in it. Like don't bite your friends and wait your turn and eat your veggies.

    lol...the title made me giggle...it really is baby crack isn't it! I watch some of those shows and in my head I am thinking "wth...wth...wth..". Kids like what they like I guess!

    We discovered this yesterday when it was 105 outside.   Yes.  Its crazy.  I feel like I lose IQ points while watching it.

    And what is wrong with the green thing.  Its elbows are defective.

    Lurker popping in quick because I've wanted to post about this on another board and you said it perfectly lmao

    Ik DD is only 7months but I've tried multiple shows for her when she's extra crabby and for some reason yo gabba gabba gets her! IMO it is creepy, sometimes disturbing and I seriously think it's secretly meant for people on a bad trip ... probably written by someone on something. But god does she loves it, as soon as she sees that white background with DJ Lance walking out to that little beat... she goes crazy laughing and screeching and kicking her legs and waving her arms, it's freaking hilarious. Then she just zones out to it form there, occasionally laughing at the little characters.

    pretty crazy how those kid shows get them! 

    DS hears the elmo's world song and looks up and me smiles and starts dancing and clapping. he LOVES IT! the rest of sesame street is meh but as soon as elmo comes on it's like k everybody QUIET!

    haha and i wasn't going to be one of those moms....ohwell haha

    yup my DD is so addicted to this show! She use to not watch TV at all then one night I was laying in bed with her and say it on netflix so I put it on and she start twirling and spinning and now when its on she is glued to the TV!

    I LOVE YGG! I was so sad when my son got sick of it. The reason I love it is because 1) I like the lessons...they are good for toddlers...don't bite your friends! Take turns! green beans want to go the party in your tummy.  2) The music guests fall right along my taste in music. Chromeo, Ladytron, Bird & The Bee. I couldn't believe they were on this show! I think it is brilliant and creative. I would rather slit my writs than watch Elmo on the other hand. Barney? I'll jump out a window instead. Now it is all Dora & Diego. they are ok.. At least there is some Spanish in there.
