anyone sell scentsy or anything?

I just started selling Scentsy about a month ago and Im just looking for ideas on how to build my team or how to start hosting parties. I did one event so far but did it so I could get my name out there ended up selling $200 worth of stuff so that boosted my spirit.

 My sponcer has been no help to me so far, I did bump into someone who is willing to help me start up but I figure it wont hurt to ask here as well. Thanks in advance.

    My sister in law does it and she gathers a lot of her business from a Facebook group that she created. She runs deals through that and also runs giveaways for fans when they refer their friends to her page. Its taken a while for her to get a base, but now she has a pretty steady stream of orders coming in.
