When you increase LO's formula do you usually up it 1 or 2 ouncese at a time? L is at 4 (she's 11 weeks) and she consistently drinks the whole bottle and often mad when she's done. Six ounces seems like it may be too much of an increase since she has reflux. I figured I would just give her 5 and see how she does but just wondered what you ladies normally do? Thanks!
Re: FF - up 1 or 2 ounces?
On the enfamil scooper there is a line on it so it can measure 1oz pretty accurately. We started on similac and there was no line.
I just gave her 5oz and she seems content but finished it all with no problem.
Yep, I do half a scoop.
I'd increase by 1oz too. I think it will be easier to monitor how much is really needed. For LO, I still always make 4oz bottles and then just make more if she's still hungry. Sometimes she wants 3oz, sometimes 8oz, so I often don't know exactly how much she'll want to eat (though, if she's just had 8oz, her next feeding usually isn't more than 4oz).

1 ounces when we go up. We're probably close to doing the 5 ounces/feeding by default move up too. Right now, I still plan on 4 ounces, but more and more, he's taking an extra ounce. Sometimes, but rarely, he won't even want the 4 ounces, but more often than not, I think he'd take 5.
ETA: We just scoop out about 1/2 scoop. I figure it's all approximate anyway - sometimes my scoop is a little low (packed really well), sometimes it's a little high. I figure it all evens out and isn't critical.
