Ugh, why did I just watch that?

I'm watching the Today show, and they just did a segment on newborn withdrawal from painkillers. To watch those precious little babies go through something like that makes me sick to my stomach. Tears immediately filled my eyes...so, so, so sad.

    I'm saying the same thing about the poor woman who had a blood clot and just met her baby for the first time last week.  My bawling my eyes out.

    I saw it too...so sad! I can't believe that was one ladies second child of four that was born addicted. 

    Now I'm watching the story where the mom had a brain clot and didn't see her daughter until 6 weeks. This ones making me cry!

    I'm watching that segment too. Seriously, can this morning's show get anymore depressing?

    I just watched the painkiller segment, too. Sadly that hospital is about 50 miles from where I was born and raised. The whole area has been overtaken by prescription pills. I would have never imagined that happening...ever. I used to be sad that I wasn't raising my kids there but now I'm thankful.
